Note:

This is a request to hold a publicly attended event at the Watson Lake. Subject to availability and approval by the Recreation Services Department.

Rental fees associated with Watson Lake Special Events Rentals:
$800 per day for use of the grass area and both ramadas
$25 per day for electrical pedestals (per pedestal)
$25 per day for water spigot usage (per spigot)
If camping closure is requested, first 19 spots are $225 per day; all 35 sites will be $450 per day
Charge of $1.50 per vehicle up to 1,000 vehicles. 1,001 or more cars will be a flat rate of $1,500 with an increase of $500 per 1,000 vehicles

Once approval is given you will be sent an email with all appropriate applications needed to submit for your event, as well as an invoice for your application and deposit fees.
